Bell Ringing of the 100th School Year!

We excited to share the news below that the annual opening bell ringing ceremony that will include Superintendent Beamon and the School Board will be held here on campus at Crooms on the first day of school, Monday, August 10th!

The superintendent and school board are set to arrive around 6:30 am. The superintendent and I will make brief remarks at 7 am with the bell ringing at 7:10 am. From there, the superintendent and the principal will be available for media through 7:25 am.

You are welcome to join in the celebration! You can park in the Historic Goldsboro lot and walk up to the portico area where we will be for the bell ringing. With first day of school traffic expected to be heavy, please allow for extra time.
