2016 Summer Meetup & Annual Meeting
The Management Team of Crooms AoIT Alumni Association, Inc. invites you to the Alumni Association's Summer Meetup & Annual Meeting on Saturday, June 18th.
Location: Liam Fitzpatricks - 951 Market Promenade Ave, Lake Mary, FL 32746.
Beginning at 2pm there are multiple food and beverage specials lined up just for us! We are celebrating 10 years of success, friendships and of course Panther Pride!
Before the Meetup, at 1pm the board will host a brief meeting to go over the great progress that we have made as an association over the past 10 years! This is the perfect opportunity to learn more about open positions on the management team and how to get involved.
The meeting will likely last an hour or less, give or take the amount of questions asked. If you are not able to attend in person, you can also join via conference call.

What is an Annual Meeting?
The Annual Meeting is the Alumni Association's "State of the Organization" event. The Management Team will provide reports to the Board of Directors on this current year's efforts and highlight the strategy for next year's activities. Board of Directors and the dues-paying members (those providing donations) will also have the opportunity to question the Management Team and bring any organization-wide issues of importance to a vote. The new at-large Board of Directors will also be voted in with a pro-forma vote, and the Board of Directors will vote on the new Management Team members for the next two years.
Interested in Serving on the Board of Directors?
The two at-large Board of Directors positions are up for election for the 2016-2017 year. These Directors are selected by the active members of the association. If you are a dues-paying member (donor) interested in running for office, please e-mail scholarship@croomsalumni.com by June 4th. You can become a due-paying member by visiting the membership page.
Directors serve for one-year terms and meet via a conference call every one to two months.
Interested in Serving on the Management Team?
Multiple Management Team positions are up for appointment for the 2016-2018 years (including: President, VP, Solicitation/Membership Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, and Events Coordinator). These Management Team members are appointed by the Board of Directors. You do not have to be a member of the Alumni Association to serve!
