Alumni Association's By-Laws Amended to Provide Ex-Officio Position for Senior Class President

To all interested individuals,

The Crooms AoIT Alumni Association, Inc.'s Board of Directors voted this evening to amend its By-Laws to provide an additional ex-officio position on the Board of Directors for the current Senior Class President. The provision provides further engagement opportunities for current students and young alumni. The full amendment is included below and the by-laws can be read in full here.

Section 2. Ex-Officio Directors
The Crooms Academy of Information Technology principal, Senior Class President, and Student Body President, or their proxies, shall have the right to serve as ex-officio Directors.
