The Management Team of Crooms AoIT Alumni Association, Inc. is pleased to invite you to the Alumni Association's Annual Meeting on Saturday, June 28th at 12:00PM. The meeting will be held at Cocina 214 in Winter Park. The meeting will likely last an hour or less, give or take the amount of questions asked. If you are not able to attend in person, you can also join via conference call.

What is an Annual Meeting?

The Annual Meeting is the Alumni Association's "State of the Organization" event. The Management Team will provide reports to the Board of Directors on this current year's efforts and highlight the strategy for next year's activities. Board of Directors and the dues-paying members (those providing donations) will also have the opportunity to question the Management Team and bring any organization-wide issues of importance to a vote. The new at-large Board of Directors will also be voted in with a pro-forma vote, and the Board of Directors will vote on the new Management Team members for the next two years.

Interested in Serving on the Board of Directors?
The two at-large Board of Directors positions are up for election for the 2014-2015 year. These Directors are selected by the active members of the association. If you are a dues-paying member (donor) interested in running for office, please e-mail scholarship@croomsalumni.com by June 15th. You can become a due-paying member by visiting the membership page.

The Alumni Association's Board of Directors is an advisory body that oversees the organization's operations and helps set strategic goals for the Association. Directors serve for one-year terms and meet via a conference call every one to two months.

Interested in Serving on the Management Team?
All Management Team positions are up for appointment for the 2014-2016 years. These Management Team members are appointed by the Board of Directors. You do not have to be a member of the Alumni Association to serve. Please e-mail scholarship@croomsalumni.com by June 15th for more information.
